My 10K Run at The Wipro Bengaluru Marathon

Find a group of people who challenge and inspire you, spend a lot of time with them, and it will change your life forever. – Amy Poehler My 10k charity run at the Wipro Bengaluru Marathon was exactly that. I’ve been part of Runnershigh, an incredibly supportive running club – for over a year now. My fitness journey has been filled with fun, crazy family vibes, and the guidance of coaches who bring discipline, heart and focus. I was thrilled to get a late entry into the 10k charity run. I had been preparing with my RH coaches for months. I had taken a short break from training to recover from a fever. On race morning, I questioned my fitness and wondered if I’d be able to run & achieve my goal. Here’s what helped me: How I began: I reminded myself that one tough week of being unwell didn’t erase months of preparation. My training was already in me. What I was telling myself: Throughout the run I kept repeating: I can do it. I am unstoppable. I am boringly consistent. I believe that my language shaped the run. How I decided to enjoy it: I put away my phone. No photos on the route. I wanted to savour the moments, be inspired by others along the way, and to support others. What I realised: While it looked like a solo effort, every step was fuelled by the community, the support crew, my coaches, my running buddy, words of encouragement from my family, and the shared wisdom of my tribe. The truth this run reinforced for me, we’re more capable than we think. We are not meant to do this thing called life alone. There’s Only 100 Days Left in 2025

Have you ever walked past a construction site day after day and it feels like nothing is happening? And then suddenly, voilà, a building seems to rise out of nowhere. What we don’t see is the consistent work: the foundation being laid, the structures tested, the unseen effort that makes the invisible visible. Growth often looks the same. It may feel slow on the outside, but beneath the surface, something powerful is taking shape. Time and again, I hear leaders say, “I know what I need to do, I just don’t seem to get down to it.” The real challenge is commitment – simply deciding to do something and prioritizing it. Clarity, readiness, and confidence are secondary. They don’t come first, they emerge because of commitment. When you commit, everything shifts. It is the quiet, repeated actions, the foundations laid brick by brick, that make the breakthroughs possible. With 100 days left in 2025, what’s the one commitment that could unlock extraordinary results – for yourself, your team, or your organization? Thinking Outside The Box Is Overrated

Thinking outside the box is overrated. This past weekend, we built a better B❒X. I had the honor of guiding an extraordinary group through the BOX® Breakthrough Challenge, a workshop where mindset becomes visible, and transformation becomes possible. Inside this space, we explored the invisible boundaries that quietly shape our thinking, our behaviors, and our choices. Some experiences don’t just teach you something – they let you feel it. At this BOX Experience, three powerful “laws” came alive in the room: The Law of Two Feet The right people always find their way into the space. Each person who showed up carried something the others needed – a mirror, a nudge, a gift of presence. The Law of Giving One participant didn’t just come for herself. She gifted the experience to her friend. Watching them walk this journey together was a beautiful reminder that courage multiplies when shared. The Law of Abundance Two parents brought their daughters into this unforgettable experience. Their love wasn’t about protecting them from the world, but opening doors to new breakthroughs & possibilities. These moments are why I love this work. It’s never just about the B❒X. It’s about what happens when people step into it and then step out… changed. What Makes Me Scared Is Scared

When we were asked to write a bio in the AJC School, I felt that familiar mix of excitement and fear—because this wasn’t just about crafting a typical paragraph or two. This exercise was an invitation to truly stand for who I am and what I do. It became an opportunity to write about myself and my work as an act of self-love, a chance to be bold and unapologetic. It’s easy to downplay our accomplishments when talking about ourselves, but this was no time for playing small. This was about fully stepping into who we are, embracing the courage it takes to honor our journey. Today, I feel nudged to share my bio with you. And as I do, my request is that you hear this bio as if it’s about you. If you think, “Wow, Farah is amazing,” then yes—I am. But so are you. The courage and certainty I have in speaking these words? That’s available to you too. There’s nothing I can do that you can’t also do. So, as you listen, ask yourself: ✔️ Who would I need to be to live a life of courage? ✔️ Who would I need to be to fully love myself and my life? ✔️ Who would I need to be to know, without a doubt, that my life makes a huge difference in this world? If ever there was a time to be the author of our own lives, it is now—a time to focus on our dreams, gain clarity on what we truly love, and invite freedom. Tony Robbins once said, “It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped.” My moment was declaring my freedom. So, here’s my invitation to you… Take a moment to write your own bio—not as a list of accomplishments, but as a bold declaration of who you are and what you stand for. Share a line or two in the comments or simply write it for yourself as an act of self-love and courage. Remember, the most powerful way to live is to inspire or move someone to live better. So, if you’ve found a piece of your journey in these words and you want to know more about my journey, I invite you to join me further. Let’s continue the conversation. #COURAGEreframe

Over the past few weeks, I invited members in my Courage Unlimited Community to an exploration challenge… To uncover our fears! They shared what “FEAR” means to them, with some constraints. Share in one sentence. Every sentence must start with “For me…” Each sentence can have a maximum of 12 words. Even if someone has expressed your idea, share it anyway What emerged was a profound realization… It is better to speak it out than bounce it in our heads. Fear cannot survive in the light. From this exploration, we identified several themes: Fear of limiting ourselves and not reaching our full potential. Fear of being judged or not being enough for others. Fear of the unknown, the uncertainty of what’s ahead. Fear of stagnation and staying in our comfort zone. Fear of loss—of loved ones. Fear of vulnerability and feeling exposed. But what if fear isn’t just something to run from? What if fear is also an invitation? In Hebrew, there is a concept called yirah. Yirah can mean fear, but it also means awe, reverence, and standing on the threshold of something vast and unknown—something that has the potential to inspire, awaken, and transform us. What if fear is a doorway, not just an obstacle? What if we could embrace yirah and let it guide us toward deeper growth and wisdom? This is what I am embracing — a reframe that allows me to meet fear not with dread, but with curiosity, respect, and the understanding that it’s guiding me toward something meaningful. Fear cannot survive in the light! What does fear mean for you? Remember, the most powerful way to live is to inspire or move someone to live better.
